Gleb and his team were awesome to work with! On time, responsive, great communication. They installed all new Anderson windows, replaced my vinyl siding, and trimmed all of the new windows on the interior. I was so impressed with the team that I hired them again a couple of months later to install new cased openings around all of my interior doors. Very polite, professional, when they left the house was cleaner than when they arrived. It was really a great experience and I look forward to hiring Gleb and his hard working team in the future! Great job guys!

Gleb and his team are great. Showed up on time, ready to work and they went right at it. Focused on getting the project complete, and made suggestions we didn't even think of. Our first interaction and project with them, is why we had them back a couple of other times. He's our go to team.
We had already hired someone to install siding on our house but need to replaced two windows and wanted them to be larger. Gleb came to see the project, he was super confident that he could not only do the job but put a rush on it so it did not hold up any of the siding work. The windows came in quickly and the guys just finished the project. It all looks amazing and the guys were so neat and polite. We would recommend Smart Installs to anyone.

The guys from Smart Installs installed 8 double hung windows, a pretty huge arch window and a door with side lights for both my addition(which is new construction) and existing building. They did an impeccable job on all the installations and also adjustments to the existing structure (the existing wall framing needed some changes to fit bigger and nicer windows). Everything was left clean, the crew was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns! Definitely highly recommended and I won't ever use any other installer!

The crew did an outstanding job of removing the rot on our back 3 season porch, installing the 13 windows and a door and putting it all back together, better than new. Excellent craftsmanship and care. Would use them again in a heartbeat.
Gleb, Tanya, Sergei and team were nothing short of amazing. The customer service they provide is top notch. We had our windows and siding replaced and they did such an amazing job - we couldn't be happier. I will be using them going forward for any future needs and recommending them to friends and family. Their prices were very reasonable, the quality was outstanding and their team was great to work with, my kids were even sad they had to say goodbye to their project manager Sergei who was so kind to them from start to finish. If I could give more stars I would.
One of the most professional installers I have ever hired. They replaced a exterior door and frame in my house and replaced a lot of rotted wood that I was unaware of. The quality of their work was first rate and will absolutely use them in the future.
Gleb arrived on time and was highly receptive to a few concerns that we had about replacing our windows. He is very skilled at what he does and is a pleasure to speak with. He made sure that all of our questions were answered and saw to it that we were comfortable with operating the new style windows before he left. The job site was immaculate before his team left, as if they were never there in the first place. Windows are a big investment and we will use these guys for everything that comes up with our home moving forward.

We wanted to replace an outdated sliding double door that connected our house to our enclosed patio with a french door set. This was certainly a bit of a challenge, as the wall opening needed to be expanded, and the two floors were at slightly different heights. Fortunately the folks at Smart Installs were up to the task. Working diligently and with impressive attention to detail, they did a great job. We could not be happier!
Gleb and his crew are the most professional people I’ve ever dealt with. His crew did an amazing job ! everything was level , and that took a lot to accomplish ! Cleaned up after themselves and took great care working all day. The mitered corners, the oak so they put down, truly amazing work! I even saw them on their hands and knees cleaning up the floor to return it to the high gloss shine before they left. Who does that ? I wish I had more drawers to replace 😂 don’t hesitate for using Gleb and his guys this is a great crew !

They cleaned up after themselves and the house looked exactly as it did before they arrived (minus the new windows :)). When the speed does not compromise quality of the job. I was hesitant to change the windows in my bedrooms because I did not want the mess usually associated with any type of construction job but I really had no other option because my windows were in pretty bad shape. But I really was worried for no reason. The rooms were as clean as I left them, just with new windows. And the difference on the amount of my heating bill was noticeable right away! I know who to call next time I need windows and doors! Highly recommend!!!
Double pane window installation & replacement. We absolutely love our windows. The replacement was done professional by the Smart Installs LLC company and in short time. We recently had some of our windows replaced by Smart Installs. They were professional and suggested good quality windows at a really good price. The installation work was well done and the crew was extremely polite. Communication overall was terrific with Gleb who kept us informed on the timing and installation process. We will be having more windows replaced in the spring with Smart Installs and considering siding work as well. Highly recommend their work!
